Cancellation & No Show Policy

WEEKDAYS: $10 FEE per CLASS

WEEKENDS: $15 FEE per CLASS

CANCEL BY 9PM

ANY CLASS that starts before 7 AM.

2 HOUR WINDOW

ANY CLASS that is NOT before 7 AM, you have a 2-hour window BEFORE class to cancel.

HOW TO CANCEL

You can cancel all classes and sauna sessions on the CYCLE TRIP APP or WEBSITE.
