30-minute Session

This is a great starting point for anyone who wants to get an assessment of their body and how to eat based on what the results are and what their goals are.

6-Week Package

This is great for an individual wo wants accountability with a short-term commitment, but creating Lifestyle changes.

  • (3) 30-minute Coaching sessions (items listed above included in the 30 minute session)
  • Coaching sessions are done Week 1, Week 3 and week 6
  • Each session will include additional support based upon the results of our InBody scan and re-alignment of goals
  • Understanding Macros & Micronutrients
  • How to Read Labels
  • Support and accountability with tracking food
10-Week Package

This package is for those that are in it for the long haul and need more support weekly to keep them on track.

  • (3) 30-minute Coaching sessions (all items listed above included in the 6 week package)
  • Coaching sessions are done Week 1, week 5, week 10
  • Each session will include additional support based upon the results of our InBody scan and re-alignment of goals.
  • Weekly Check in with your coach to review your goals and to discuss any nutritional challenges or successes.
  • Weekly tips from your coach based upon specific goals and measurables.
