I am a graduate of Irene’s Myomassalogy Institute, I am also a State licensed massage therapist. I am experienced in treating all types of clients in different stages of healing. My philosophy of practice is to provide massage with a kind heart and skilled hands. I believe in educating my clients to create a partnership in achieving and maintaining their optimal health.

I am competent in many types of massage including, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Sport Massage and Pre and Post Natal Massage also as well as treating every day aches and pains from headaches to overall muscular tension.

I absolutely love being a LMT I honestly couldn’t see myself doing anything else. It gives me great pleasure seeing my clients react to my touch knowing that I am helping them both physically and emotionally. My wish for my clients is that they check their troubles at the door and truly allow themselves to experience peace and healing.
