Party on a bike!!

We love to have fun and work out. All of our instructors bring a variety of “FLAVOR” on the bike w/ loud MUSIC to keep you motivating and pedaling. Some of our cycle classes include Weights, push-ups, and a little bit of dancing…but the most important thing of all this is that each class will give you a great workout, push you and motivate you to that next level.

45 minutes of cycling

30 minutes of cycling

Cycle & Arms

45 minutes of cycling and arm workout

Power 60

60 minutes of cycling and total body workout (with weights)

Cycle HIIT 60

60 minutes of cardio and weights. Class will be HIIT style. On the bike for cardio and off the bike for weights.

Cycle & Flow

60 minute class. Spinning for 30 minutes and Pilates for 30 minutes

Cycle & Power

60 minute class- Spinning for 30 minutes and Strength for 30 minutes (heavier weights)
