A high-intensity workout that combines traditional yoga poses with strength training and cardio elements.

Strength

HIIT

High-Intensity Interval Training is a training protocol alternating short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods until the point of exhaustion. HIIT involves exercises performed in repeated quick bursts at maximum or near maximal effort with periods of rest or low activity between bouts.

Cardio Dance

Combines dance movements with aerobic exercise, providing a full-body workout that elevates your heart rate. These workouts can include various dance styles with hip-hop music and are designed to be enjoyable while helping you burn calories and improve your fitness level.

Pilates Burn

A form of exercise that aims to improve balance, posture, strength, and flexibility through precise moves and breathing techniques.

Barre Sculpt

Barre workouts are intensely focused on improving core strength, developing the stabilizing muscles of the shoulder and hip girdles, and enhancing flexibility. these classes focus on strengthening and tightening the hips, glutes, thighs, and core—while improving posture.
