I started the Next level 2022 5 week challenge January 10th, 2022. After the challenge I lost a total of 26 inches and 16 lbs in just 5 weeks! I am so grateful for this group of ladies and all the positive vibes at cycle trip studio! I started at cycle trip after seeing 101 selfies from selfie September of my friend Gloria! Gloria looks amazing but most importantly she feels better and has more energy. Life is busy and it's hard to make time for yourself and that's why I totally switched my daily routine and attend the 5:15am and 6:15am classes. No it wasn't easy getting up that early. I started in October with the 6:15 cycle classes. The biggest change I made during this 5 week challenge was attending the group fit weight classes. This challenge started with a 10 day detox with a plant based diet. At first I was really nervous..what am I going to eat. lol Now I am vegan 5 to 6 days a week and plan to stay with it. Meal prepping was a must with this diet but in the past meal prepping has always helped keep me on track. I have always struggled with weight and working out. Having scheduled classes equals commitment for me. If your going to the gym by yourself and it's getting hard to keep yourself motivated, join cycle trip, you will love it.
